The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering offers graduate degree programs including the Master of Engineering (ME) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MS) in Civil Engineering, Master of Applied Mechanics, and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). At the graduate level, students specialize in one of the three focus areas of the department: environmental and water resources engineering, structural engineering, or transportation engineering. Graduate students may also opt to specialize in applied mechanics.

Applicants are required to submit letters of recommendation and college transcripts and to take the Graduate Record Examination. Prospective students may apply to our program by visiting the Graduate Programs home page of the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
